Given my forty five years in the legal profession I have decided
to avoid this product. The license is extremely clear: it's open
source...   except for any intellectual property or patent claims
that might be infringed upon by the use thereof, in which case you
lose your cohones via a large pair of pinking shears, which are
then pickled and sent on to the Smithsonian. I also love the fact
that if either of the claimants in any lawsuit are in Santa Clara
county in N. California, the license forces the jurisdiction there.    (02)
