Useful confirmation of something I was reading a couple of
nights ago, and had pretty well decided to discard as
unrealistic.    (02)

It was in a book called "The Power of the Subconscious", or
something like that, which deals the effects of meditation,
visualization, hypnosis, etc.    (03)

The thing I wonder about, though, is how much anger *results*
from being tired and unwilling to deal with frustration.    (04)

I know that everything negative is magnified when I'm
tired or ill.    (05)

On the other hand, your point about the effect of anger
on the immune system makes a lot of sense.    (06)
