Hi Peter,    (01)

It can get stifling at times, but according to the test I'm a people
person :-)    (03)

I'm in agreement with you there. There is just too much complexity for
any battery of tests to map it well. In terms of using it as part of a
selection or belief system, it's most appropriate for a mechanistic
model where you're looking for the perfect cog to fit into your
machine.      (05)

That's definitely true for me. Depending on when I take the test, I
get classified a little differently. The aspects that are most
interesting to me are the areas where I consistently test the same, the
areas where I strongly resonate with the description, and the notion
that a set of questions can actually reflect some deep truths about who
I am.      (07)

I agree again. A filter for others to pigeon hole people is very bad.
If the test result somehow becomes a mental pigeon hole for the
individual, that even worse.      (09)

My approach to the results is that I'll take what's useful to me at
that moment, and leave the rest. I fully reserve the right to change,
and reject the notion that I should limit myself in certain areas just
because that's not "who I am" according to some test. Then again,
perhaps somebody with more training in industrial psychology and
psychological measurement instruments can explain why the above is just
deluding myself :-)    (010)

Take care and thanks for an engaging discussion,
Miroslav    (011)
