I think Andrius's speculations on social hacking is a legitimate topic
of discussion, and I think Andrius has been constructive in tone.
Tom, if you reread the message, I'm sure you'll agree.    (03)

On a different but related note, Andrius, I would ask that you not
forward your Common Channel digests to this list unless there is a
specific item that you think is relevant to this group.  Obviously,
advertising the service here is fine; if people want to see the
digests, they can subscribe individually.    (04)

One of the overarching compliments we received in our surveys (and
also in recent discussion here and on tools-yak) regarded the quality
of the discourse and the friendly and respectful nature of the
participants.  We're coming close to the one year anniversary of this
list (December 9), and it's been flamewar free so far, which I find to
be somewhat amazing.  I plan on making that the pitch-line for this
group: "The Blue Oxen Collaboratories: Flamewar Free Since 2002." :-)
