Thanks to those who submitted survey responses this past week.  For
those of you who haven't, I'd urge you to fill it out this week.
We've had a good response rate so far, but I would like to see if we
can get 100 percent.  The responses have been extremely useful and
interesting (and in some cases, surprising), and we'd love to see
