Forgot to mention something: Jon Cheyer originally drew me into his
conversation with Brian on grass roots peer review with the question,
"What would you call the underlying pattern?" I didn't have a good
answer for him at the time, but now that I think about it, I think I

to generate shared motivation or SharedIntensity in an asynchronous
