I object to this statement. :-) At the same time, the fact that he --

Here are my answers, from the abstract to the concrete. I'm going to
flesh these out and analyze them in separate messages. (08)
1. A forum in which to ThinkOutLoud. (09)
2. A place to share stories and identify and discuss patterns. (010)
a. A place to discuss our tools, identify commonalities as points
of potential collaboration, and facilitate improvement and
coevolution within our own community. (011)

4. Capturing ideas so that they may be found and used. (013)
One other point that Garold made, and that others have also made, is
that they don't know who's in this group. That's a good point. I
don't mind lurkers, but I think it would be good if people delurked to
introduce themselves and comment on the discussion so far. Then you
can go back to lurking. (014)
So folks, please introduce yourselves. I've decided I'm going to be a
pest about this, so if you folks don't do it voluntarily, I'm going to
e-mail you, call you, sleep on your doorstep, etc., until you do. (015)
