If I'm quoting you it might be important that it remain frozen, but maybe
that use case isn't appropriate for transclusion? Give the user the option
to pick. I called this "tic" and "toc" in my prototype. tic= take in
context ie give me the top of the stack dynamic version, toc= take out of
context, i.e. give me the frozen version. The names might be a bit
misleading but the point is that the user gets to choose based on their
current needs. (03)
