The dongle should at least have a PIN or password to enable it when
first attached to a system or periodically for high security use. (02)
If it is stolen/lost, you cancel any certificates (or similar
registrations) and re-issue new ones to store on a new dongle.
Ideally, the dongle has some minimal processing and storage capability
so that it issues tokens and does the most highly sensitive operations
internally. (03)
