Why do you care whether the identifier is meaningful or not? You --

The likelihood that we'll make RFC822 the default storage format for
PurpleWiki is very low. That said, because of our architecture, you
could write an RFC822 backend, parser, and serializer, plug them all
into PurpleWiki, and you'd have the environment you desire. (05)
