I think the bigger risk is that they won't get anything big delivered in
a timeframe that will help (the Mozilla effect). (01)
A big plus is that they're thinking in terms of a platform as well as an
application. So what they deliver could be a big leg up for others
hoping to build something yakky. (02)
So, it might be more productive to think/converse in terms of
platform-level desires rather than app-level. (03)
