I chose 1.0 because that's what the code I'm using (stole)
creates. This is very minimal feed, with just title, link and
description if a summary was made during the wiki page edit. (05)
This is not the ideal solution, but it does do the job. You can
now watch the RecentChanges with your favorite news aggregator
thingamajig. As we discover the value of this (if any) we can
tune it up. (06)
The feed is updated once an hour. (07)
