I am pleased to see that statement result from an exhaustive expansion on
notions of context and scope. I like to think that "a)" is an expression of
the reason I dropped using WikiWords as URL-bait when I rewrote my project
to enforce the context and scope afforded by associations, to render a
database that exists as if it is already a topic map with merged or
mergeable topics. (02)
