Great letters (and a great group). Thank you, Jack and all.    (01)

I like Jack's thoughts, but my interest is, what might be done very
humbly now?    (04)

What I would like to see would be things like:
- Being able to maintain a single page "Andrius Kulikauskas" that gets
included in multiple wikis, and can be edited from any of them. This
might be the beginning of a solution to the "identity" maintenance
problem. Of course, here it would be great to be notified (on the rare
days) that anybody changes my wiki page, so I could undo any damage, or
get any notes, etc.
- Likewise, being able to maintain a shared topic, like "formats for
Wiki pages". Here the idea would be that a page, and therefore, an
endeavor or investigation or datasource, might be shared by more than
one community. This would allow for pages to be conceptually not within
just one Wiki. It would also open up a channel between distinct groups.
It would also lead to streaming of information into a page that is
considered a natural part of each group.
- This might be set up to take advantage of auto-formatting in certain
Wikis. For example, a joint page might inherit purple numbers whenever
they are updated from the Purple Wiki side. This would allow such
numbers (or anchors) to be used by other Wikis.    (05)

I think it's very much in the spirit of coevolution to try this out on a
simple level, because there are many social protocols involved, too.
One issue to come up quickly, at least for me, is the licensing of the
material. I think this would encourage us all to be more clear (and
practical) about what we mean. (For example, I would love this
discussion to be "public domain except as noted". I would then be
constantly pointing to letters here from our ideafeeds. I'm curious
what we think here, as currently the letters belong to the authors.)    (06)

This is all very helpful and stimulating.    (07)
