it in an XML format, which would allow for inclusion of referenced

A custom mail client is a pretty big project. But I'd love to collaborate on
creating one. It could start out as ultra-special purpose, hard-wired for
use on this list only (or one like it), and expand to become more general
later on. (013)
I've never believed that existing browser/mail clients would work
reasonably,
