I am, through exciting and mysterious forces, one of the cofounders of BlueOxen. Since the founding, I've completed a Master of Information Science degree, started rock climbing more seriously, dropped out of the main day to day work with BlueOxen, been one of the primary developers of PurpleWiki (in which I implemented TransClusion and the, to me, crucially important document independent identifiers) and taken to thinking of myself as something of an expert in small teams collaboration, communication, and process.    (2G)

I have a day job as a software developer with SocialText.    (1BL)

I have a blog and personal wiki at http://www.iabu.com on which I meander from personal observations to lengthy descriptions of collaborative process and language, to discussion of PurpleNumbers and TransClusion. The blog and wiki are my testbed for those technologies and thinking space for whatever happens to be in my brain.    (1BJ)

If there is a theme in my contribution to the Collab world it has been to question attitudes of absolute truth and to encourage people to try real stuff, in small steps, rather than sit around waiting and talking about TheBigSolution?.    (1BM)
